Withdrawals to a Credit/Debit Card

How to withdraw funds to your Credit/Debit Card

  • In the "Fund Withdrawal" section in myForexTime, choose "Transfers to/from Credit/Debit Card" and fill out the form.1 We may request that you furnish a document confirming your identity.
  • Choose the type of card and enter the number and expiration date. If your card displays the issue date and number, enter this information in the appropriate fields.
  • In the "Address" field, enter the complete billing address for the card.
  • A code which you will need in order to continue the operation will be sent to your registered email address and mobile phone.
  1. You can check the status of your withdrawal in myForexTime in the "Transaction History" section.
    • The status "Being Processed" means that your withdrawal request has been accepted.
    • "Funds Sent" means that the funds have been posted to your credit/debit card.

Processing Time:
At least 3 business days (14 days on average).

Commission:
The commission is 2.50 GBP.2

Please Note:
1 Deposits may be made in USD or EUR. The conversion rates we use at ForexTime are updated daily and can be found in myForexTime.
2 The commission will be deducted in the currency of the transfer from the amount withdrawn (based on the rates used by the card processing company).
