How to Make a Deposit to Your Account from a Dixipay Purse

  • In myForexTime, go to "Fund Deposit" and choose "Dixipay". Enter the amount you would like to transfer to your account1 and click “Make Payment”. Follow the instructions. Check your payment details in the popup window and click “Make Payment”.
  • You will be redirected to the Dixipay site. If you would like to make a depsoit from your personal Dixipay electronic purse or credit/debit card tied to your purse, enter your Dixipay purse login and password, then make your payment. If you would like to make a transfer from a prepaid Dixipay card, enter the card number, your PIN, the face value of the card and the email address where you would like to have your payment confirmation message sent.
  • To confirm your deposit, you will need to enter a four-digit confirmation code. This code will be sent to your registered mobile phone and/or email address. Enter this code where indicated in the form. Then wait for your money to be posted to your account.

Processing Time:
Processing is usually instantaneous, but it may take as long as 1 business day from the time the money is transferred to our company account.

Commission:
0.5% of the deposit amount

More Information

When making a deposit, please take the following into account:

  • By default, Dixipay electronic purses are denominated in USD.
  • When making a deposit to your Dixipay purse in a currency other than that of your purse, an additional account will be created in your purse denominated in the other currency.
  • Deposits from your Dixipay purse may only be made in USD.
  • You can make a deposit to your ForexTime transitory or trading account from your Dixipay electronic purse, with a credit/debit card tied to your purse or with a prepaid Dixipay card (if you still haven't registered your purse).
