How to Make a Withdrawal
- Go to "Fund Withdrawal" in myForexTime and choose "Moneybookers". Fill out the form, choosing the account1 from which you wish to make a withdrawal and the Moneybookers purse where you would like to transfer your funds. We may request a document from you to confirm your identity.
- A confirmation code will be sent to your registered phone number and email address. Enter this code in the withdrawal form to continue.
Check the status of your transfer in the "Transaction History" section of myForexTime.
- The status "Being Processed" means that your request has been accepted.
- Once the status "Funds Sent" appears, check to make sure the money has been posted to your Moneybookers purse.
