Neteller Withdrawals

Making a Withdrawal

  • Go to "Fund Withdrawal" in myForexTime and choose "Neteller". Fill out the form, choosing the account1 you wish to make a withdrawal from and the Neteller purse where your funds will be moved. We may request a document from you to confirm your identity.
  • A confirmation code will be sent to your registered phone number and email address. Enter this code in the withdrawal form to continue.

  • Check the status of your transfer in the "Transaction History" section of myForexTime.

    • The status "Being Processed" means that your request has been accepted.
    • Once the status "Funds Sent" appears, check to make sure the money has been posted to your Neteller purse.

Withdrawal Conditions

Processing Time:
The money should be transferred to your Neteller purse within one business day of the time your request was accepted.

Commission:
2.0% of the withdrawal amount (min 1 USD, max 30 USD)

More Information

When making a withdrawal, we ask you to keep the following in mind:

  • The maximum withdrawal amount is 2,500 USD/EUR.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is 5 USD/EUR.
