How to Make a Withdrawal to Your WebMoney Purse

  • Go to "Fund Withdrawal" in myForexTime and choose "WebMoney". Fill out the form, choosing the account1 you wish to make a withdrawal from and the WebMoney purse where your funds will be moved. We may request a document from you to confirm your identity.
  • A confirmation code will be sent to your registerred phone number and email address. Enter this code in the withdrawal form to continue.

  • Check the status of your transfer in the "Transaction History" section of myForexTime.

    • The status "Being Processed" means that your request has been accepted.
    • Once the status "Funds Sent" appears, check to make sure the money has been posted to your WebMoney purse.

Withdrawal Conditions

Processing Time:
The money should be transferred to your WebMoney purse within one business day of the time your request was accepted.

Commission:
The WebMoney commission is 0.8% of the withdrawal amount but never more than 50 USD (for transfers in USD) or 50 EUR (in EUR).

1 Withdrawals can be made in USD and EUR. The exchange rates we use at ForexTime are updated daily and can be found in myForexTime.
