How to Make a Deposit
- To find the details for our company bank accounts and to create a notice of deposit, go to "Fund Deposit" in myForexTime and choose the company bank account to which you wish to transfer your funds.
- Wire the money from your account at any bank to our ForexTime bank account.
To make a wire transfer to our account at Pasta Banka / Bank of Cyprus, as the "Purpose of Payment" please use:
The payment for the replenishment of account ******, invoice *****, dd **/**/****
* Where indicated, enter your myForexTime number, the number of the invoice and the date of the invoice.
You will not be able to change the purpose of payment. Please have it pre-approved by your bank.
- Check the status of your payment in the "Transaction History" section of myForexTime.
- The status "Processing" means that your request has been accepted.
- When you see the status “Funds deposited to account“, check your account to make sure the deposit was completed successfully.
If your transfer has not been credited to your account within 5 banking days, please ask your bank for a "SWIFT copy" to confirm that funds have been transferred from your bank account. Send it to our Payments Department and we will conduct an inquiry into the matter.
