Make a Deposit from Your Bank Account

Find out how to make a deposit to your ForexTime account in USD or EUR1 via bank wire transfer from any bank where you have an account.

How to Make a Deposit

  • To find the details for our company bank accounts and to create a notice of deposit, go to "Fund Deposit" in myForexTime and choose the company bank account to which you wish to transfer your funds.
  • Wire the money from your account at any bank to our ForexTime bank account.

To make a wire transfer to our account at Pasta Banka / Bank of Cyprus, as the "Purpose of Payment" please use:

The payment for the replenishment of account ******, invoice *****, dd **/**/****

* Where indicated, enter your myForexTime number, the number of the invoice and the date of the invoice.


You will not be able to change the purpose of payment. Please have it pre-approved by your bank.

  1. Check the status of your payment in the "Transaction History" section of myForexTime.
    • The status "Processing" means that your request has been accepted.
    • When you see the status “Funds deposited to account“, check your account to make sure the deposit was completed successfully.

If your transfer has not been credited to your account within 5 banking days, please ask your bank for a "SWIFT copy" to confirm that funds have been transferred from your bank account. Send it to our Payments Department and we will conduct an inquiry into the matter.

Conditions

Processing Time:
Usually 2-5 business days

After the money has been posted to our bank account, it will be moved to your ForexTime account.

Commission:
Your bank's transfer fee. Your bank may not inform you about additional transfer fees charged by correspondent banks.

Required Documents

To complete a bank wire transfer, you will need to provide the Payments Department (by email or by fax) with the following documents:

  • A signed copy of the the client registration form
  • A copy of your passport / ID

You may also upload scanned copies to myForexTime by going to the “Documents to Upload” section in “My Profile”.

More Information

Please take the following into consideration when making payments:

  • The Payments Department will only accept emails sent from your registered email address.
  • Wire transfers from third parties will not be accepted. All expenses incurred when a transfer is returned to the sender will be paid at the client's expense.
  • ForexTime does not carry out transfers to or from individuals in Iran, Iraq or North Korea.
  • Please be careful when entering the recipient information. If you make any mistakes, our bank will need to verify your payment details. For this, you will be charged 50 USD by Pasta Banka, 40 EUR by Bank of Cyrpus.
